PAPAKURA Papakura 2110

Look what Ive found? Spacious, 4 bedroom fibre-cement home with a concrete tile roof on 940m. Rosehill College is over the fence so is oh so convenient for kids. Bring your paint & paintbrush. The astute buyer has the option to do up this house and possible sub-divide the land too. Good carpet, good vinyl and lovely stove but the rest is up to you to decorate and/or sub-divide. Vendor is on the move out of Auckland and wants to sell this property now!

Motorway access is nearby and a new sub-division that is close-by is currently in progress. If you are looking for a decent home on a decent section - that needs TLC plus has potential to develop further, best to call Feroza today for more information or to view.
