9 Stevenson Road Clarks Beach, Franklin

After 35 years of fun and family memories it's time to say farewell and allow another family to build their best memories of what this kiwi bach can offer the next owner.

Over the years there has been some modernisation, however any amount of future investment is bound to reward the new purchaser.
You'll need to bring your togs, towels and something for a barbie!

Offering open plan kitchen, dining & living areas along with two bedrooms, shower, vanity, separate toilet and a sunroom with a modern log burner to keep you warm on those winter nights.
Separate double garaging plus basement laundry & storage room complete this home.

All this set on 1176m2 of soccer, cricket and camping memories.
